Key Responsibilities – Guest Service, Teamwork & Great Atmosphere

As a waiter or bartender, you will play an essential role in shaping the guest experience. Your daily responsibilities include:

• Welcoming guests with a friendly and professional attitude

• Guiding guests through the menu and recommending food and drinks

• Preparing and serving beverages at the bar

• Running food and ensuring a smooth flow of service

• Maintaining a clean and well‑organized workspace

• Working closely with the kitchen and bar teams for seamless service

• Creating an enjoyable and memorable atmosphere for every guest

Who You Are – Service‑Minded, Positive & Engaged

You are someone who naturally enjoys helping others and thrives in a dynamic work environment.

You have:

• Previous experience in a restaurant, bar, or similar service environment

• A friendly and professional approach with strong people skills

• The ability to stay calm and focused during busy periods

• Good communication skills in English; Scandinavian languages are a plus

• A willingness to learn, grow, and contribute to a fun team culture

• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends

• 80% seasonal position

• Flexible start date between 13 May – 8 June

• Seasonal contract ending 4 October

• Possibility for extension into the winter season or a permanent role for the right candidate
