Key Responsibilities – Fine Dining Service, Team Leadership & Wine Expertise

• Lead the service team to deliver outstanding guest experiences in a fast-paced and elegant environment.

• Ensure smooth dining room operations, from greeting guests to coordinating table service and upholding the highest standards of hospitality.

• Offer expert recommendations and pairings from our wine selection, sharing your knowledge to elevate every meal.

• Mentor and guide junior staff, cultivating a positive and inclusive work environment.

• Oversee daily routines including mise en place, cleanliness, and inventory management.

• Collaborate closely with the kitchen and bar teams for seamless service delivery.

Who You Are – Service-Minded, Professional & Passionate

• You have at least 3 years of experience in a high-end restaurant with a focus on guest service.

• You possess strong wine knowledge and enjoy recommending pairings to guests.

• You communicate confidently in English at a high level – both spoken and written. A Scandinavian language is not a must but a huge plus!

• You’re attentive, detail-oriented, and bring energy and warmth to every shift.

• You lead by example, enjoy teamwork, and willingly share your expertise with colleagues.

• You are flexible with working evenings and weekends as part of a dedicated team.
