In Gothenburg, at our OffESS, several support functions for the entire ESS Group are located.
- Here, we have our sharp Finance Department that manages all our finances and ensures we are always on top.
- We also have a large Marketing Department that assists all destinations with their digital campaigns. Everything you see in text and images on Facebook, Instagram, and our wonderful websites, is thanks to the marketing team. For us, marketing is about service, inspiration, and smiles.
When we share something with our guests, we want them to like us a little more. If they like us more and if we can inspire them a bit extra, we become a brand they want to talk about and return to. To achieve all this, listening and being interested in what our guests think is crucial. A dialogue, in other words, that, when done well, creates loyal guests. Innovation, ideas, smiles, and inspiration are essential to living these words. We need to understand the business and deeply desire to understand our guests. This is where it starts—with numbers, data, and analysis.
- This is where our awesome IT-team comes in and presents interesting figures to help us succeed.
- We also have our fantastic Sales Team here. This includes our CSA (Client Success Agents) who handle and sell all incoming conference and group inquiries for all destinations. Some of our amazing BOM (Business Opportunity Managers) also work here when they are not on the go. These salespeople focus on larger companies and deals, so they spend more time in the field building relationships, giving tours, and hosting events. You will also find our Account Managers who take care of their portfolio of customers.
If you're lucky when visiting the head office, you might also run into our owners, who consider the office their second home.

- Part of our HR Team is also based in Jacy'z House, though the HR Team is spread across Sweden, Norway, and Denmark.
