Our receptions are the hearts of our houses. The receptionists are often the first guests meet. With excellent service, they welcome our guests into our houses and are often the last ones guests see before they leave us.

The reception not only functions as a reception but many of our destinations also have a bar in the reception area. This allows guests to easily sit down in the lobby and enjoy something nice to drink.

At our destinations, there is also a smaller booking department that handles reservations and inquiries on site. Otherwise, this is managed by GST (see the Sales department).

In this department, there are roles such as receptionists, night porters, bartenders, hosts, and in-house booking.
