Now we're looking for you, our new Supervisor in Housekeeping Team!

Are you a natural leader with passion for world-class hospitality? We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented Supervisor who takes pride in creating a premium guest experience!

In this role, you will be the heartbeat of our department - leading a diverse team, ensuring our high standards are met and making sure every guest feels "at home" from the moment they walk in.

About the position:

Employment type: Seasonal, 80% or 100%
Start Date: June 2026

What will be your responsibilities?

• Operational oversight - lead and coordinate the daily operations of the Housekeeping Team

• Quality control - conduct thorough daily inspections of rooms and public areas

• Team leadership & training - onboard and train new staff members

• Inventory & stock management - monitor and manage the inventory of minibar storage and

  linen

• Communication - facilitate communication between housekeeping staff and other

  departments, such as reception and maintenance

• Guest satisfaction - monitor guest feedback related to housekeeping and take

  corrective actions as necessary
  

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Fluency in English; knowledge of a Scandinavian language is a plus

• Ability to work under pressure during peak seasons

• One or more professional reference letters are required as part of the application

• References should be from previous employers or Managers
