Now we're looking for you, our new Front Office Shiftleader!
As a Supervisor with us, you are responsible for the daily operation of the reception. You work actively with the guest experience and to create a good team spirit among the employees. The role is operations-focused, which means that you are mostly scheduled on shifts at the reception. Extra focus in your role will be on upselling and coaching our employees to create added value for our guests.
You will report to Front Office & Booking Manager and assist in day to day tasks, staffing and induction of new employees. You, together with other supervisor, are responsible for ensuring that the routines set up for the reception are followed and updated, as well as ensuring that the team always has the right conditions to be able to perform their work.
About the Position:
-Appreciate a varied schedule that includes day, evening and weekend shifts.
-Be solution-oriented and see opportunities, not problems.
-Thrive on taking responsibility, prioritizing and making quick decisions in the moment.
-Be unpretentious and help out where needed - whatever the task.
-Enjoy sales and understand that service and sales go hand in hand.
-Be able to communicate fluently in Scandinavian and English.
-Previous experience of working in a hotel reception.
-Employment form: 100% seasonal contract with the possibility of establishing permanent.
-Start Date and Salary: Salary according to agreement. Start in May 2026
