Within our People & Culture department, we work in several areas such as recruitment, training, payroll and labor law, as well as employer branding. We have a close collaboration with all destinations at both leadership and employee levels. We are a support team with big hearts.

In the People & Culture team, we also work on organizational projects that create value for our employees and ultimately our guests. We focus on employee and leadership development, well-being and motivation, and act as a strategic sparring partner for our managers.
