Now we're looking for you, our new Hotel Room Inspector !

As a Room Inspector, you play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and guest satisfaction are consistently maintained in all guest rooms. Positioned between the Housekeepers and Supervisors, you act as a bridge to uphold quality control, provide guidance to the housekeeping team, and support supervisors in daily operations.

What does a typical day look like?

1. Morning Briefing

Start the day by joining the housekeeping team for the morning briefing. Review room priorities, guest requests, and any special projects or updates for the day. Coordinate with supervisors to ensure a smooth plan for room turnover, especially during peak periods.

2. Room Inspections

Conduct thorough inspections of cleaned guest rooms. Verify that each room meets cleanliness and quality standards, checking all details from amenities to appliances. Provide immediate, constructive feedback to housekeepers.

3. Supporting Housekeepers

Offer assistance or guidance to housekeepers, ensuring they follow cleaning techniques and hotel standards effectively. Address questions or challenges they face during their tasks and provide hands-on support when needed.

4. Flexibility in Operations

Step in to assist with cleaning rooms during high occupancy or staff shortages, ensuring smooth operations. Collaborate on special housekeeping projects such as a deep-cleaning schedule.

About the Position
Employment Type: Seasonal, 80%
Start Date and Salary: Salary according to agreement and start date by mutual agreement
