Now we're looking for you, our new Housekeeping Assistant Manager !

We are searching for a driven and organized Housekeeping Assistant Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service, and motivating the housekeeping team to deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will assist in managing a team of housekeeping staff, scheduling, training, and supporting them in their roles.


About the Position
Employment Type: permanent, 100%
Start Date and Salary: Salary according to agreement and start date by mutual agreement, no later than January

  • Has a passion for service and creating memorable guest experiences

  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and remains calm under pressure

  • Is a natural leader, capable of inspiring and motivating a team

  • Is structured and detail-oriented, ensuring high standards are consistently met

  • Has excellent communication skills and collaborates well with other departments


    • In addition to that, we believe you need:

  • Relevant experience in housekeeping management or a similar role

  • A good understanding of hotel operations and cleanliness standards

  • Strong organizational and leadership skills

  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus
