Key Responsibilities for Staff Cook in Hemsedal Resort

• Plan, prepare, and serve daily lunch and snacks for resort staff
• Ensure all kitchen health, hygiene, and safety standards are met
• Create varied, flavorful, and nutritious menus that cater to different tastes and dietary requirements
• Manage food inventory, orders, and stock rotation
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team and other departments

Qualifications and Skills – Staff Kitchen Chef Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a cook or in a similar culinary position
• Experience working with dietary restrictions and food allergies
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask independently and as part of a team
