Now we are looking for a new Janitor!

We are looking for someone who is used to having a lot of things going on at the same time and who loves a fast pace in everyday life. You never say that something is not possible. You rather see it as an interesting challenge to find a solution.

The role of a Janitor means that you assist the department manager, helping being responsible for the facility's internal and external environment. You will help planning the year's maintenance work well in advance with the department manager. You are an important part of the entire business, and you work closely with our other departments to ensure that the guest experience is as good as possible. 

We are therefore looking for someone who is both a supporter of planning and structure, but who also loves to work actively, and who has knowledge of and experience with what is needed in a house, whether it is construction, electricity or plumbing.

Your duties:

• Maintenance of the property's external and internal environments
• Perform minor repairs and maintenance work
• Supervision of technical systems
• Contact and cooperation with external craftsmen and suppliers
• Responsibility for the property's security system to function optimally

You need to be:

• Independent and proactive
• Service-oriented and communicative
• Organized with good ability to prioritize tasks
• Flexible and prepared to handle unforeseen situations
• B driving license is a requirement
• English speaking (Nordic languages is not a mandatory)
