As an ESS employee in Sweden and Denmark, you have the opportunity to spend a season at our beautiful FÝRI Resort in Hemsedal. We want to give you as an employee the opportunity to develop in your role or why not try a new role, to come back to your own destination with new experience.

We offer staff to FÝRI who are already ESS employees and have our values ​​in their backbone to seamlessly enter the work. Their ESS seniority gives them the opportunity to coach the seasonal employees who have never worked with us before. Simply a win-win!

In this project, we offer ESS´ers who are driven and social and love to provide fantastic service another chance for development. ESS´ers who thrive in a dynamic work environment, like challenges and have the ability to adapt to rapidly changing conditions. An ESS´er with positive energy and the ability to collaborate makes both the guest and colleagues feel welcome and seen.

You need to have been employed at ESS for at least 6 months to be able to apply.

The employment form is seasonal, with the possibility of continued employment if desired. We follow the Norwegian agreement and the ESS employee will take leave from their current job in Sweden or Denmark but is of course welcome back when the season ends.

We see this as an opportunity to try working in a different destination and broaden their "ESS horizons". In addition, you will get new colleagues and a larger network within the ESS Organization. The ESS employee will receive a good discount on lift tickets and fun activities to strengthen the community.

Staff accommodation:
FÝRI offers staff accommodation in the village (not at the hotel) for a fee. You can choose to live in your own room or share. Since the accommodation is not next door to FÝRI, a car may be suitable.
