The Role

Daytime Manager (DM) is responsible for the operation of breakfast, lunch & conference breaks at Fýri’s main restaurant Liv Bistro. The responsibility includes both guest experience, employee experience and the financial goals set for the business.

The role is operationally focused, which means that (DM) will spend the majority of working time in the restaurant overlooking and being present during service. The most important function DM at Fýri has, is to maintain a high presence with the team to coach and lead for a higher NPS and eNPS. The DM need to work closely and have a well-functioning communication with other department managers in the building, as well as within the team.

In addition, we believe you need:

• Experience in personnel management, recruitment, and development
• Background in leadership, preferably within F&B/hotel/hospitality
• Some experience in financial responsibility by being able to track your team's key metrics and set goals.
• A positive "can do" attitude with good problem-solving skills
